MEGAHAIRNEWYORK: Shipping & Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our first priority! We have an easy process to handle shipping and returns.

 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  • All hair on hand ships within 1-3 business days of the payment. Once the hair is shipped you will be notified via email with tracking information. This only applies to hair on hand.
  • Signature will be required by USPS for delivery to be completed. You may reschedule your delivery date if you are not home to sign for the package.
  • MegaHairNewYork will not be responsible for any stolen or lost packages. 
  •  


    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are NO exchanges, refunds nor returns.
  •  If there was a possibility you were sent an incorrect order, please email us at newyorkmegahair@gmail.com. 
  • You are given (7) business days to report incorrect orders to receive a replacement if you were sent an incorrect order.


  • PREORDERS

  • Preorders are items that are not on hand. 
  • All preordered item takes up to 10-12 business days for processing.
  • Please be advised that you will not receive any tracking information for orders while it is in processing. Tracking information will be sent via email once order is completely processed.
  • We are not able to cancel orders in processing. 
  •  

    PAYMENTS

  • Billing and shipping information MUST be the same.
  • MegaHairNewYork does not ship to P.O. Boxes and unconfirmed addresses.
  • If your billing and shipping address do not match, please email newyorkmegahair@gmail.com before making your order.
